Monthly Fun Runs

 

WHAT:      Kids Run ( 0 to 11 years old ), about 80 yards. 

                                    Awards to all participants.

                   Three Runs:

                             One-Half Mile               One Mile              Three Miles

Runners may run one, two or all three events.  Trophies to all who complete all three events.

                                                                    

Recommended for beginner runners of all ages, experienced runners who want to improve their race pace, and scholastic track and cross-country team runners.  There is no charge.   Water and sports drink will be provided at the Pavilion and on the Three-Mile Course.

 

WHERE:    McALLISTER PARK

Jones-Maltsberger at Money Tree (Next to the San Antonio Police Dept. Northeast Substation). Events take place at Al Becken Pavilion (Pavilion No.1).  Pavilion is accessible from Jones-Maltsberger or Starcrest.  See map. 

 

WHEN:      First Saturday, each Month.

                        Registration:  8:00AM to 8:30AM

                        Kids Run:      8:30AM

Half Mile Run:  Approx 8:45AM, followed by One Mile and Three Mile Runs
